4-20-26 We are looking for a loving, experienced home for our dog, Branch. This is not an easy decision for our family, but we want what’s best for him.
Branch is a 2-year-old Boxer/Beagle/Chihuahua mix, about 45 pounds. He is incredibly smart and well-trained—fully potty trained, leash trained, e-collar trained, and knows all his basic commands plus a few advanced tricks. He’s a loyal, affectionate dog who bonds deeply with “his person.”
Branch has formed a very strong attachment to our 13-year-old daughter and is extremely protective of her. While he has never bitten anyone, he will growl or snap if he feels she is being approached too closely. We have worked with him through extensive training and have made progress, but this behavior still makes our home environment stressful and unsafe with our younger children.
Our household is busy and loud with four kids, and Branch tends to live in a constant state of alertness, trying to “protect” his person. Because of this, he often has to be separated or restricted, which isn’t a fulfilling or happy life for him.
We truly believe Branch would thrive in a quieter home without young children—ideally with an experienced owner who understands protective or high-attachment dogs. He has plenty of energy and would love space to play, exercise, and possibly even have a compatible canine companion.
Branch is deeply loved, especially by our daughter, and this decision is heartbreaking for us. We want him to have the chance to relax, feel secure, and live a full, happy life.

Nike was born on June 29, 2025. His breed is Husky and Maltese. Gender: Male. Fully Vaccinated and Microchipped
This handsome young male dog is full of energy and personality. He is very active and absolutely loves to play, making him a great match for a family or individual who enjoys being outdoors and staying active. He is still a puppy and is currently working on his training, so he will thrive in a home that has the time, patience, and consistency to continue teaching him good habits.
He is generally a chill and affectionate dog, but like most puppies, sometimes needs gentle redirection as he learns boundaries and routines. With the right guidance, he has great potential to grow into a well-mannered companion.
An ideal home would have space for him to run and play and a family who can give him attention, structure, and plenty of love. He is eager to learn and will do best with people who are committed to helping him grow and succeed. Contact [email protected]
